Hi, I’m Yajaira Villena!

 

I’m a bilingual REALTOR® serving the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. I’ve spent most of my life in the Lehigh Valley, and I’m proud to serve the community I call home. Born in New York with roots in Puerto Rico, I’m fluent in English and Spanish and passionate about helping people through real estate.

 

What I love most about what I do is being there for my clients. I want them to understand the process, know their options, and feel comfortable asking questions along the way. I take the time to explain not only what comes next, but why, connect my clients with the right people, and always look out for their best interests. I especially enjoy helping first-time homebuyers, families, and investors, as well as homeowners preparing for their next chapter.

 

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband, son, and loved ones, being involved in my son’s activities, taking care of my fur babies, April and Jupa, listening to music, dancing, traveling, or simply enjoying a good day at home. Family means everything to me, and I bring that same care and dedication to every client I serve.
