Frequently Asked Questions- FAQ's
This page answers common questions about how CORE Real Estate Team operates, who we serve, and what you can expect when working with us.
WHY CORE REAL ESTATE TEAM
What we offer—and how we’re different
What is CORE Real Estate Team?
CORE Real Estate Team is a full-service real estate group serving residential, commercial, and investment clients. We focus on strategy, execution, and long-term outcomes—not just closing transactions.
How is CORE different from other agents or teams?
Most agents focus on volume and sales pressure. CORE focuses on clarity, education, and disciplined decision-making. We analyze every situation objectively and will tell you when something does not make sense—even if that means advising you not to move forward.
Do you work with investors?
Yes. We work extensively with real estate investors, while the majority of our clients are still residential buyers and sellers. Our investor background strengthens how we advise all clients—giving us a sharper understanding of value, pricing, construction, and long-term implications.
For a deeper look at how we support investors and commercial clients, see the full Investor & Commercial FAQ section below.
What areas do you serve?
We serve clients throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, with a focus on markets where we have deep local knowledge and an active presence.
Are you a brokerage?
No. CORE Real Estate Team operates within Realty ONE Group Supreme, our licensed brokerage.
Is there any obligation to work with CORE?
No. There is never an obligation to move forward unless it makes sense for you.
RESIDENTIAL CLIENTS
Buyers, sellers, and new construction
Do you work with traditional residential buyers and sellers?
Yes. Most of our clients are buying or selling primary residences. We handle everything from first-time buyers to move-up homes, downsizing, relocations, and estate sales.
How do you help buyers in competitive markets?
We help buyers understand pricing, structure strong offers, navigate inspections intelligently, and avoid emotional overreach. Our job is to help you win without making bad long-term decisions.
How do you help sellers maximize results?
Every property starts with a strategy. Depending on condition, timing, and goals, that may involve pricing guidance, prep recommendations, marketing execution, or alternative sale options. No two homes are treated the same.
Do you handle new construction or custom builds?
Yes. We assist clients buying new construction, working with builders, or building custom homes. We help review contracts, timelines, upgrade decisions, and resale considerations so costly mistakes are avoided early.
What if my home needs work or has complications?
That’s common. Homes with deferred maintenance, unique layouts, tenant occupancy, or repair needs are evaluated honestly and strategically—not sugarcoated.
What are your fees or commissions?
We don’t work for free—and neither should you. Fees vary based on the type of transaction and are disclosed clearly before any agreement is signed.
INVESTOR & COMMERCIAL CLIENTS
Specialized, experienced, numbers-driven
What type of investors do you work with?
We work with investors who treat real estate like a business—whether they are buying their first rental or managing a large portfolio.
Are you investors yourselves?
Yes. Many CORE agents and team leaders actively invest in real estate. That real-world ownership and operational experience informs how we advise clients, but it never overrides what is best for your specific goals.

Do I need prior investing experience?
No. New investors receive education and guidance. Experienced investors benefit from deal sourcing, underwriting support, and execution efficiency.
What types of properties do you focus on?
All property types. Small to mid-size multifamily, mixed-use properties, value-add residential, and commercial assets. If it makes money (or should) we help you build a plan around it.
How do off-market deals work?
Off-market opportunities come from relationships, direct outreach, and proprietary channels. Availability varies and is never guaranteed.
Are numbers or returns guaranteed?
No. All projections are estimates. Investors are responsible for inspections, underwriting, and final due diligence.
Does CORE co-invest in deals?
In select situations, yes. We can connect you with investors who are looking for Joint Venture / partnerships and these are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is never assumed.
How does CORE get paid on investor transactions?
Compensation varies by deal structure and is disclosed and agreed upon by all parties in writing before we tour a property.
AGENTS & CAREER OPTIONS
Who should (and shouldn’t) join CORE
Who is a good fit for CORE?
Agents who want to operate professionally, value education, embrace accountability, and treat real estate like a business.
Who is NOT a good fit?
Agents looking for guaranteed leads, minimal standards, or shortcuts to success.
Do you train newer agents?
Yes—if they are coachable, disciplined, and committed to learning the business correctly.
What support does CORE provide agents?
Hands-on mentorship, systems, deal support, education, and access to experienced operators and investors.
How do splits and fees work?
Compensation structures are discussed transparently during onboarding and vary by role, production, and involvement.
How does CORE handle compliance?
Strictly. All agents operate within state law, brokerage requirements, and CORE’s internal standards.
FINAL NOTE
CORE Real Estate Team is built for clients and agents who value clarity, honesty, and long-term thinking.
If a property or investment deal works, we move forward confidently. If it doesn’t, we walk away—no pressure, no hype.
That discipline is the difference.
