BUYER AGENCY CONTRACTS NOW REQUIRED FOR ALL SHOWINGS:   CORE will be complying with new legislation from the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Buyer agency contracts will be required to be signed prior to showings of any property, regardless of type, either in-person, virtual, or pre-recorded video. These contracts may be exclusive to each property only and not based on a specific timeframe. The buyer agency contract will include details such as negotiated commissions, broker fees, and other buyer-agent relationship items.
