Hi, I’m Wendy James — a dedicated real estate professional proudly serving Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh, Chester Counties, and New Jersey. With years of experience and a true passion
for helping people, I’m proud to be the agent who’s always there for my clients. Beyond helping my clients, I’m also a mentor in our real estate mentorship program, guiding and supporting new agents as they grow their confidence and careers. Watching others succeed is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
 

Outside of real estate, my world revolves around family and fun. I’m a proud mom to amazing adult kids and a “grandmom” to five grand dogs and two grand cats — and yes, I’m anxiously awaiting grandkids of the human kind! I’m also a big Eagles and Phillies fan, love being outdoors, and cherish every moment spent with friends and family.

 

I’m happiest surrounded by good company, sunshine, and adventure! Whether that’s a backyard fire pit, a weekend getaway, or dreaming up my next vacation, traveling more is on my list of to dos’!
