Reid and Elizabeth are your go-to construction experts for both residential and commercial projects. The two met at Penn State and have been building a life—and a business—together ever since. With over 25 years of marriage behind them, they bring not only experience and skill to their work, but also a strong sense of partnership and trust that clients can count on.

Reid is a lifelong Lehigh Valley resident and a graduate of Emmaus High School. He followed in his family’s footsteps in construction. After graduating from Penn State, Reid explored a few different paths, including working for Dun & Bradstreet and even owning a worm farm, before ultimately launching his own General Contracting company, Partner Building Services LLC.

Elizabeth is originally from Central Pennsylvania and has called the Lehigh Valley home for nearly 30 years. With a background in advertising and communications, she later earned her real estate license and joined Reid in growing their family business, bringing a strong client-focused perspective and keen eye for detail to every project.

From wineries to custom dream homes, Reid and Elizabeth approach each project with their clients’ needs front and center. Transparency and integrity are at the heart of every partnership they build, ensuring a collaborative and trusted experience from start to finish.

Today, they reside in Kempton, Berks County, where they also operate a charming Bed & Breakfast at the base of Hawk Mountain. When they’re not working, Reid enjoys fly-fishing, Elizabeth loves cooking for friends and family, and both cherish spending as much time as possible with their 17-year-old son before he heads off to college.
