Congratulations to Team Agent Christian and his buyer on getting this property under agreement after a competitive and determined journey.
This was a home Christian’s client originally offered on back in November 2025. Although they were a strong contender at the time, the seller ultimately chose another offer. Fast forward to January, when the deal fell through and the listing agent reached back out to let us know the property was back on the market.
Christian and his buyer acted quickly, submitting a new offer—only to find themselves once again in a multiple-offer situation with a Highest and Best deadline. At that point, Christian re-analyzed the numbers with his buyer, carefully determining how much flexibility they had while still maintaining healthy cash flow.
By restructuring the offer to meet the seller’s net goals, Christian was able to position his buyer competitively—and it worked. A great example of persistence, strategy, and smart deal structuring leading to a successful outcome.
