Meet Mike Daly:

Mike Daly is a lifelong Pennsylvania resident and experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in both residential and commercial real estate. After earning his Business degree from Shippensburg University, Mike built his career around helping clients navigate real estate transactions while developing a reputation for professionalism, organization, and client-focused service.

Over the past five years with Realty ONE Group Supreme, Mike has served not only as a Realtor but also as a key resource for agent onboarding, training, and administrative support. He has played an active role in helping new agents learn team systems, adopt best practices, and build successful real estate businesses while supporting day-to-day operations behind the scenes.

As CORE Team's new Operations Manager, Mike will focus on streamlining processes, improving communication, enhancing lead management, supporting agent development, optimizing CRM systems, and ensuring the team continues to deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and agents.

 

His transition into this leadership role represents CORE's commitment to building stronger systems, creating more opportunities for agents, and becoming the most efficient and professional real estate team in the region.
