Who we are:

Matt Morrow is the CEO and co-founder of the CORE Real Estate Team. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and has spent most of his life building businesses, serving his community, and helping people move forward. Long before real estate, Matt spent nearly 20 years in Fire and EMS, where he learned the value of discipline, teamwork, and showing up for people on some of the worst days of their lives. He is also an Eagle Scout, and those early lessons in service, leadership, and perseverance still shape the way he lives and works today. In 2025, Matt was recognized as a Forty Under 40 award winner for the systems and groundwork that led to the creation of the CORE Real Estate Team.

Matt is a lifelong entrepreneur who genuinely enjoys the challenge of building businesses and strong team environments. He believes the right people, clear systems, and a shared mission can create something much bigger than any one individual. At CORE, his focus is on building a disciplined, supportive team that helps both clients and agents grow in meaningful, long-term ways.

In addition to real estate, Matt is also an active professional pilot. Aviation has been a major part of his life for years, and he still flies private jets for a select group of clients around the world. The structure and precision of aviation have shaped his leadership style—focused on preparation, calm decision-making, and personal responsibility.

Matt’s passion for real estate comes from personal experience. He started by house hacking early in his career, using creative financing and disciplined reinvestment to grow into multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial properties. That journey changed the trajectory of his life, and it’s what drives his work today. He believes real estate, when approached strategically, can give people options, freedom, and long-term stability—not just a place to live.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys building with his wife Tara and their children, Brianna, Aidan, and Claire. He’s an avid runner, enjoys strength training, shooting sports, and spreadsheets lol.....
