Who we are:

Chris is a lifelong Lehigh Valley native, born and raised in Bethlehem, and currently residing in Allentown. He grew up as an athlete in the Valley, playing football, wrestling, and running track at Freedom High School. After studying health sciences at Temple University and Moravian College, Chris spent several years running the personal training department at LA Fitness, where he continued his passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, going to church on Sundays, and working out at the gym. He is blessed to be a husband and a father. His wife, Vianka, and son, Elías, are among his main motivations for getting into real estate. As dedicated as he is to his work and helping others, he values being there for his family and wants to watch his children grow up and be present in their everyday lives. He also aims to create financial freedom through real estate investing.

As a real estate agent, Chris loves working with investors to help them achieve their dreams and aspirations. He is committed to being highly responsive and always putting his clients first. Chris has extensive experience assisting clients in building their real estate portfolios, generating passive income, and achieving financial freedom. He also enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, whether it’s finding their dream home or their first investment property. He takes pride in what he does, and seeing his clients' smiles at the closing table makes it all worthwhile.
